It's for those who value quality movement, consistency and understanding how their body works not just following random workouts, If you care about staying strong, capable and confident for the decade ahead, this program was build for you.

Who is this program not for?

This program is not a good fit if you: 
- Are a complete beginner to strength training
-Want daily follow along workouts without having to think about the exercises
-Are looking for a quick fix or passive program
-Are unwilling to train at least 2-3 times per week

I already work out. Is this still for me?

Yes, especially if you already train.

Unlock 10 More Years isn't about dong more workouts. It is about training better. You'll learn how to organize your body, apply strength intelligently and make your current effort produce better results now and long term.

Many participants find their workouts feel smoother, stronger and more effective within the first few weeks.

How is this different from other strength programs?

Most programs tell you what to do. Unlock 10 More Years teaches you how your body builds strength and how to support that process with awareness, activation, breath, alignment, integration and resilience.

You're not just following workouts. You're learning a system you can use for years, in the gym, in sport and in everyday life.

How much time does the program require each week?

Plan for about 5 hours per week, broken down as:
-3 strength workouts (45-60 min including warm-up)
-One weekly lesson (self-paced)
-One live group session (approximately 60 min)

The time investment is what creates real, lasting change not just short-term results.

How often will I train?

You will train three times per week using the A + B + C workout system.

If needed, two workouts per week can still be effective, but three sessions deliver the strongest results.

What equipment do I need?

You'll need:
-Dumbbells (or access to them)
-A mat
-Mini resistance bands
-Foam roller
-A chair, wall or bench substitute (floor or other)

All exercises can be done at home or in a gym.

Are the workouts follow along?

No. Workouts are self-guided with short, clear video demonstrations for every exercise. This gives you the flexibility while still ensuring you understand the proper setup, execution and intent.

This approach builds independence, confidence and long-term skill not dependency.

What if I miss a workout or fall behind?

The program is designed for repetition and progression over multiple weeks. If you miss a session, simply resume where you left off. You can:
-Reduce volume (1-2 sets instead of full rounds) so you don't skip the workout
-Adjust intensity (if you are sick are not able to workout at the normal intensity, still perform the movements so your body maintains what it has built)
-Continue the same workouts without 'starting over'.

Progress comes from consistency, not perfection.

Is there support between live sessions?

Yes. You’ll have access to a private community where you can:ask questions, share wins and stay accountable between sessions. If a question is time-sensitive, you’ll receive a direct response. Deeper questions are often explored during live sessions so everyone can benefit from the insight.
You'll be invited to submit questions ahead of the live sessions so they can be addressed by the entire group.  

What if I can’t attend live?

All live sessions are recorded and available for replay if you cannot attend. When you do join live, your questions and experiences help shape the conversation. Those shared insights become part of the program’s growing knowledge base for future cohorts.

What are the live sessions like?

Live sessions are weekly group calls focused on movement mastery, breath and alignment, integration and resilience. We apply that week’s lesson in real life.
