Foundations of Strength Course Outline

This 8 week course will help you understand what strength is and teach you how to use targeted strengthening and movement awareness to allow your body to move and feel better. Implementing these techniques on a regular basis will allow you to let go of pain in your body so you can get your body back, exercise safely, play sports, and move with the utmost confidence.
