When you join Build For More, you'll start with a simple onboarding process designed to set you up for success.

This is about making sure you feel clear, confident and supported from day one. You'll get oriented to how the program works, how to use the resources and how to get the most out of both the group and your 1:1 coaching time.

Each month you'll meet privately 1:1 for a coaching session. This is your space to check in, ask questions and fine-tune how the training is landing in your body.

Yes. Built For More is best suited for people who already move their bodies regularly and want a more thoughtful, supported way to continue progressing. If you're looking for structure, guidance and a deeper understanding of how to train well over time, this program was created for you.  

Do I need to complete Foundations of Strength or Unlock 10 More Years before joining?

Built For More is designed for people who already have a training background and want ongoing guidance and progression. Many members come from Foundations of Strength or Unlock 10 More Years, but it's not required. A simple onboarding process helps ensure the program is the right fit for your experience and goals.

How personal is the coaching?

Built For More includes two live group coaching sessions each week and one private 30 minute one-on-one coaching session each month.

This structure provides meaningful personal guidance, opportunities to ask questions and ongoing support while also benefitting from group learning and momentum.

What if I can't attend the live group coaching sessions?

All live group coaching sessions are recorded and available for replay inside your Kajabi account. You can stay fully engaged even if your schedule varies from week to week.

Is Built For More a long-term program?

Built For More is designed as an ongoing coaching environment. Many members stay for extended periods because of the structure, guidance, community support and growth over time. There is no minumum commitment you are free to stay as long as it continues to support your goals.

How do I apply?

Application is open with a simple onboarding process after you join. This helps set expectations, orient you to the program and ensure alignment so you can get the most out of the experience.
