Built For More is designed for people who already have a training background and want ongoing guidance and progression. Many members come from Foundations of Strength or Unlock 10 More Years, but it's not required. A simple onboarding process helps ensure the program is the right fit for your experience and goals.
Built For More includes two live group coaching sessions each week and one private 30 minute one-on-one coaching session each month.
This structure provides meaningful personal guidance, opportunities to ask questions and ongoing support while also benefitting from group learning and momentum.
All live group coaching sessions are recorded and available for replay inside your Kajabi account. You can stay fully engaged even if your schedule varies from week to week.
